The present petition has been filed by 16 Members of the respondent no.3/Society praying inter alia for quashing of an interim order dated 06.07.2018, passed by the learned Financial Commissioner in Review Petition No.283/2018 filed by the Society against the RCS, whereunder, operation of an order dated 26.06.2018, passed by the RCS appointing a Government Officer as an Inspecting Officer under Section 61 of the DCS Act, 2003 to conduct an inspection on the allegations levelled in the complaints received by the office of the RCS, has been stayed.

2.
We have asked Mr.Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner, to explain whether the petitioner has taken any steps to seek impleadment in the case pending before the Financial Commissioner. He states that no steps have been taken in that direction so far. 3.
As we are informed that the next date fixed before the Financial Commissioner is 15.11.2018, we decline to entertain this petition, which is directed against an interim order passed by the Financial Commissioner.
4.
It is for the petitioner to take necessary steps to seek vacation of the interim order dated 06.07.2018, if they are so aggrieved, either by directly seeking impleadment, or by assisting the counsel appearing for the RCS before the Financial Commissioner, as may be permissible in law.
5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been informed that the Managing Committee of the Society has deferred its decision to hold a General Body Meeting which was scheduled to be held on 14.10.2018 and resultantly, the petitioners have got some time to take appropriate legal steps. 5.
The present petition is disposed of along with the pending applications with liberty granted to the petitioners as noted above. HIMA KOHLI, J REKHA PALLI, J OCTOBER 12, 2018/gm W.P.(C) 11090/2018
