The request is not opposed by Mr Kirtiman Singh, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondents. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the interim order dated 12.10.2018 shall stand vacated and the pending interlocutory application, i.e., CM no. 43051/2018 shall stand closed.
