% 07.12.2018 Crl.M.A.49189/2018 (for extension of time to deposit the amount) By order dated 12.10.2018, while allowing the petition of the applicants/petitioners for release on anticipatory bail, one of the conditions attached, on offer to this effect being made, was to deposit Rs.23,00,000/- in the form of fixed deposit receipt (FDR) with the Registrar General within a period of eight weeks. The applicants explain that on account of financial difficulties they were unable to muster the necessary finance within the said stipulated period. It is submitted that Rs.10,00,000/- has been arranged and FDR for such amount can be arranged forthwith, however, time is sought for deposit of the balance amount in the form of FDR. On being asked, the counsel submits that the applicants would make the balance deposit on or before 12th January, 2019. The prayer is granted. An FDR for Rs.10,00,000/- may be deposited on or before 10.12.2018 and the balance amount of Rs.13,00,000/- shall be deposited on or before 12.01.2019.

It is made clear that there shall be no further enlargement of time and in case of further breach, the benefit of anticipatory bail order would stand forfeited.
