Learned counsel for the Administrator appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in terms of the orders of the Division Bench of this court dated 10.07.2018, the respondents/contemnors, were required to vacate the premises, which they have not, and therefore, the petitioners had to move the present contempt petition. CONT.CAS(C) 792/2018

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move against the occupants in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench of this court on 10.07.2018, as per law. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty granted to take appropriate action against the occupants in terms of the order of the Division Bench of this court dated 10.07.2018 and as per law, with police aid, if required.
