% 03.08.2015 The present application has been filed with the following prayers: a) "Direct the respondent no.2 to initiate necessary Criminal Action against the respondent no.3 for doing the illegal construction.

b) Direct the respondent no.2 to initiate the disciplinary action against respondent no.5 for failing to stop the illegal construction in his area.

c) Direct the respondent to not to allow any kind of illegal construction at property bearing no.6414, Gali Kutti Wali, Kasabpura, Sadar Bazar, Delhi-06.

d) Pass any other order or directions which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

Mr. Kartik Jindal, Advocate, who appears for NDMC, has informed this Court that proceedings are afoot for demolition of unauthorized construction for against which the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, no grievance to the petitioner is left to be redressed.

The present petition is disposed of.

Crl.M.A No.11046/2015 In view of the main petition having being disposed of, the present application has become infructuous.

This application is disposed of accordingly.
