% 12.10.2018 The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 246 dated 17.05.2018 registered under sections 323/341/506/34 at Police Station, IGI Airport, in which according to them, the investigation is moving at a glacial pace. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the investigation is underway and every endeavour shall be made to complete the same in the next two months. Let it be so done.
