% 23.10.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action under Sections 232(a) and 278 of Indian Succession Act, 1925.

With the aforesaid liberty, present petition stands disposed of. Upon an application being filed by the petitioner, Registry is directed to return the original Will as well as affidavits of attesting witnesses after retaining certified copies of the same.
