1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been discharged in the criminal case and on that basis he wishes to make a fresh representation and, therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

2. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the representation by the Petitioner is made within four weeks from today, the same may be disposed of by the authorities concerned within eight weeks thereafter.
