% 19.11.2019 1.
Mr Kanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks discharge as he states that he has been unable to contact the petitioners and
has not received any instructions from them despite his best efforts. 2.
The petitioner has filed the present petition praying that FIR No. 568/2016 under Sections 420/406/506/34/467/468/471/472 of the IPC registered with PS Kotwali, Patna and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.
3.
It is stated that the petitioners as well as other members of their family had filed a petition seeking similar relief before the Patna High Court. Although the petitioners in these petitions have withdrawn the said petitions, but the petitions filed by their daughters are still pending. 4.
This Court is also informed that a chargesheet has been filed before the concerned court at Patna.
In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies before the Courts at Patna.
