O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 31/2018 This petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking assistance of this Court in summoning of Manager (Operation Service) of Johnson Control India Pvt. Ltd. located at Quantum Building, Ground Floor, C-3, Sector-3, NOIDA201301 as a witness before the Sole Arbitrator on 23.10.2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court. The Arbitrator has already granted permission to the petitioner for summoning of the above mentioned witness vide order dated 04.10.2018. This Court has also issued summons for the said witness vide order dated 01.10.2018 passed in OMP (E.) (COMM.) 29/2018. Keeping in view the above, let summons for appearance of the above mentioned witness on the above mentioned date and time be issued to be

served dasti, by the petitioner.

The diet money shall be paid to the witness on his appearance before the Sole Arbitrator.
