By way of thepresent petition, the petitioner has sought certain reliefs: "(i) Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ under Article 226 &227 of the constitution of India thereby issuing time bound directions to the respondentsNos. l &2 the Deputy Commissioner/S.D.M.(South), SDM (South East) to implement the recovery orders dated 26.02.2016 (passed by the Employee's Compensation Commissioner South in favour of the petitioners i.e. Annexure A-1, Annexure A-2, Annexure A-3. Annexure A-4. Annexure A-5 respectively attached to the writ petition). (ii) Cost of writ petition be awarded in favour of the petitioners. (iii)Pass such other order (s) as the hon'ble court may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of the case explained above in the interest of justice.

Ms. Avni Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 and 2 submits that only one property belonging to the respondent no. 3 was identified and the same has already been auctioned off. The bid price would be deposited before the Labour Commissioner. She submits that as per the affidavit filed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent no. 3, no other property is available. 3.
Keeping in view, the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. 4.
The petitioner would, however, be at liberty to seek its remedy in accordance with law. The bid amount as and when received by the Labour Commissioner be released to the petitioner.
