Ms Bhanu Pant, Advocate.
versus DELHI STATE INDUSTRIAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND ANR ..... Respondents Through:

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 28.08.2018 1.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he does not require a NOC for obtaining a bank loan any longer as he has already arranged the funds and paid the same to the respondent. He, however, states that despite paying the amounts due, the respondents are not handing over possession of the property in question.
The grievance of the petitioner regarding non-handing over of the property is clearly beyond the scope of the relief as sought for in the present petition. 2.
In this view, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh.
3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. VIBHU BAKHRU, J AUGUST 28, 2018/MK
