The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a notification bearing S.O. 4429(E) dated 07.09.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the said notification has been set aside by a judgment dated 18.02.2019 in Hetero Healthcare Ltd. v. Union of India and Anr.: W.P.(C) 10220/2018.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The pending applications are disposed of.
