The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning a notification dated 4429(E) dated 07.09.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the said notification has been set aside by a judgment dated 18.02.2019 in Hetero Healthcare Ltd. v. Union of India and Anr.: W.P.(C)10220/2018.
