% 23.10.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19th February, 2018, whereby the petitioner is transferred from Abhinav School to Abhinav Global School. For stay of the said order, the petitioner moved CM APPL. 9177/2018 wherein notice had already been issued in W.P. (C) 7367/2018.

Since the order dated 19th February, 2018 is under challenge in CM APPL. 9177/2018 in W.P. (C) 7367/2017, the present petition is not maintainable.

The petition is accordingly, dismissed.
