Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22.08.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. 2.

The settlement agreement has also been placed on record and the Court has perused the same.

The Court finds that the parties have arrived at the terms of the settlement and in view of the aforesaid, the impugned judgment and decree stands modified to the extent of the terms of the settlement. 4.

Let the terms of the settlement agreement be formed a part of the decree and the parties are bound by the same. 5.
