% 14.11.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his father who is to get his cataract operation done of the right eye.
On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner has been found to be residing in village Raiya Nagla, PS Meerganj, District Bareilly, U.P. and the father of the petitioner needs cataract surgery. Petitioner has two sisters, both of whom are married and living separately.
As per the nominal roll though the petitioner surrendered late by 18 days in the year 2016 when parole was granted to him, however on a parole granted to him for four weeks by this Court with effect from 8th January, 2018 the petitioner surrendered in time.

Considering the facts verified and the nominal roll this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. Consequently the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
