% 04.12.2018 The petitioner seeks parole to take care of his mother, who is stated to be suffering from age related ailments as well as to establish social ties. His application was rejected on 18.09.2018 on the ground that he had availed five weeks' furlough in two spells from 13.06.2018 to 07.09.2018. The Court finds no reason to differ with the view of the Government. The petition is without merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. NAJMI WAZIRI, J DECEMBER 04, 2018/kk
