O R D E R

% 30.09.2019 It is not in dispute that the petitioner remained in jail for about 11 months and since 10.12.2018, he is on interim protection by this court. There is no complaint from the IO that he has violated any terms and conditions of the interim protection.

Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed by this court vide order dated 10.12.2018.

The application is disposed of, accordingly.
