2.1 Mr. Raghav Pandey accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply as the respondents have no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

I am informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 28.11.2016 and that, thereafter, on 06.03.2017, further extension of six months was agreed to by the parties.

The record shows that the parties had approached this Court for extension of time and that, an order to that effect was passed on 16.03.2018. The Court, accordingly, extended the time till 30.10.2018.

Learned counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 331/2018

reserved for pronouncement of an Award. Learned counsel for the parties say that the record is voluminous and, therefore, the Arbitral Tribunal has requested that the time be extended till 30.04.2019. Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time for pronouncement of an Award till 30.04.2019. Time in this behalf will commence from 31.10.2018.
