The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent nps. 1 & 2 may be directed to decide the petitioner's,application for extension of the RTV Licence. The. petitioner was granted a licence to operate the service from Sultanpuri to Jahangirpuri ( Route F-125A). He requests that the same be extended for the route up to Majlis Park Metro Station. It is the petitioner's case that applications for other such similarly situated operators have been decided but the petitioner's application has not By:AMULYA

In view of the aforesaid averments, the respondents are directed to decide, if not already decided, the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today, after affording the petitioner an opportunity to be heard. If. the petitioner's application has already been decided, the said decision shall be communicated to the petitioner. • , 4.
