W.P.(C) 11251/2018 & CM 43686/2018 Vide Representation of 4th July, 2018 (Annexure P-5), petitioner has sought grant of Factory License on all floors from the respondentMCD. W.P.(C) 11251/2018
Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to the aforesaid Representation (Annexure P-5) by the respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with direction to respondents to effectively consider petitioner's Representation (Annexure P-5) of 4th July, 2018 within a period of six weeks from today and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner can avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against petitioner. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
