% 08.12.2017 In compliance with the order dated 29th November, 2017, the proposed arbitrator Justice K.S Gupta (Retd.) has submitted his declaration under Section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

In view of the above, I hereby appoint Justice K.S Gupta (Retd.) as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties under the agreement dated 20th September, 2013.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
