1. This is an application seeking revival of the execution petition as the amount in terms of the order dated 27.05.2024 has not been paid.

2. Issue notice to the judgment-debtor on the decree-holder taking steps through all modes, including electronic, returnable on 27.11.2024.

3. The property of the judgment-debtor as mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 24.05.2024, being 7-B, 7/2-C, 7/3-C & 7/B/l Sanjay Nagar, Gulabi Bagh, Delhi, is directed to be attached and in case the amount is not paid, shall be sold on the next date of hearing.
