O.M.P.(ENF.)(COMM.) 95/2017 This execution petition is filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for attachment and sale of immovable properties of the judgment debtors. A perusal of the list of properties shows that none of the movable or immovable properties is situated in the territorial jurisdiction of this court.

Accordingly, in terms of Section 39 of the CPC, this decree is transferred to the court of Small Causes, Thane and Mumbai, Maharashtra for execution respectively.

The petition stands disposed of.
