1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the quashing the undated notice issued by respondent No.1, consequently, Respondent No.1 may be directed not to take any action without following the due process of law and the provisions of the DUSIB Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Railways submits that they will act upon the letter dated 11.10.2018 issued by Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board institute/ respondent No.2 and if the Railway Authorities take the decision to remove the petitioner from the site in question, they shall be removed with due process of law.

3. In view of the statement made by the counsel appearing on behalf of the railway, I hereby, disposed of the present petition, directing

the respondents that petitioner shall not be removed from the place in question without due process of law.
