By an order dated 21.10.2018, this Court had directed the trial court to complete the trial within a period of three months from that date. A report has been filed which indicates that the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter is now listed on 01.02.2020 for recording of the statement of the accused and defence evidence. 2.
