Petitioner seeks bail while claiming that the subject matter of this F.I.R. stands compromised with the complainant. Upon hearing and perusal of status report and without commenting of the merits of this case, it is directed that petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one local BAIL APPLN. 2473/2018
