% 22.01.2020 Petitioner is seeking interim bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner himself submits that the present bail application is not maintainable, as the petitioner has not been arrested in FIR No. 0229/2018 under section 420/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at police station Dabri, Delhi and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to avail the remedy available to him as per law.

The present bail application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
