% 20.12.2018 This is in continuation of order of 23rd October, 2018. In terms of last order, first-informant is present in the Court and he has accepted payment of ₹5,50,000/- by way of demand draft No.'051827', dated 17th December, 2018, drawn on Allahabad Bank. Complainant submits that now no dispute with petitioner remains.

In view of above, interim order of 23rd October, 2018 is made absolute.
