Petitioner's counsel submits that such a Representation shall be made to respondent within a week from today. Let it be so done. Upon receiving of such a Representation, respondent shall pass a speaking order thereon within a period of 12 weeks from its receipt and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Let an opportunity of hearing be provided to authorized representative of petitioner before effectively deciding petitioner's Representation.
