% 23.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, a complaint (Annexure P-7 colly.) was made to respondent-DDA on 4th April, 2018. The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to the said complaint. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with direction to respondent-DDA to give a speaking response to petitioner's complaint (Annexure P-7 colly.) within a period of six weeks from today and the fate of the complaint be made known to petitioner within two weeks W.P.(C) 11224/2018

thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Let an opportunity of hearing be provided to authorized representative of petitioner before effectively dealing with the petitioner's compliant.

With the aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
