% 16.10.2018 The grievance of petitioners is that their Representation (Annexure P-11) made on 4th June, 2018 is still pending. Learned senior counsel for petitioners submits that Corrigendum sought in respect of subject land ought to be granted, as in similarly situated case, it has been already granted on the application of 29th July, 2018 (Annexure P-12).
In view of aforesaid, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and application with direction to the sixth respondent to consider petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-11) of 4th June, 2018 in the light of decision of this Court (Annexure P-13) and of Forest Settlement Page | 1
Officer (Annexure- P14) and decide it within twelve weeks by passing a speaking order. If deemed appropriate, an opportunity of personal hearing be also afforded to the Authorized Representative of petitioners. The fate of petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-11) of 4th June, 2018 be made known to them within two weeks thereafter, so that they may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Till then, status quo, as of today, in respect of subject land be maintained.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
