% 07.12.2018 The petitioner seeks parole for treatment of her minor son, who is suffering from a heart ailment. She has recently been granted parole for a period of two weeks by order dated 05.11.2018 and she was released on 30.11.2018.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh in due course, in changed circumstances.
