% 23.05.2016 Perusal of the record shows that the matter came up for hearing on 18th August, 2015 when learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner would surrender by the next date i.e. 5th October, 2015.

Thereafter, nobody appeared on 5th October, 2015 and the matter was adjourned to 21st January, 2016. Again, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 21st January, 2016 when the matter was adjourned to 18th April, 2016.

On 18th April, 2016, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner even today despite the matter having been passed over twice. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to surrender or to prosecute the present revision petition.

Consequently, the revision petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
