W.P.(C) 11267/2018 Regarding parking site at MTNL Nehru Place, petitioner had made a Representation on 22nd March, 2018 (Annexure P-5 colly.). Upon notice, counsel for respondent-SDMC submits that the said Representation has been already decided on 22nd October, 2018 and a copy of the order passed on the Representation has been handed over to petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate W.P.(C) 11267/2018

to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to assail the order of 22nd October, 2018 within a period of four weeks from today.
