O R D E R
% 25.02.2019 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has filed affidavit of its assets, however, the same is not on record. At the same time, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already initiated the arbitration proceedings and the Arbitrator has entered reference. In view of the same, the interim order dated 01.11.2018 shall continue to remain in force for another period of three weeks from today, granting liberty to either party to file an appropriate application seeking modification/vacation/variation of the same.
Affidavit of assets filed by the respondent shall also be filed before the Arbitrator and the same shall be considered by the Arbitrator. The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
