% 31.10.2018 Petitioner had withdrawn his appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD because his application for regularization of subject premises was pending.

None has appeared for respondent despite advance notice. The grievance of petitioner is that his application (Annexure P-8) made on 24th August, 2018 is still pending.

If it is so, then respondent shall effectively consider petitioner's application (Annexure P-8) made on 24th August, 2018 within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order and its fate be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
