The counsel for the petitioner/applicant seeks expungement from para 4 of the order dated 3rd August, 2015 of his statement that the 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) which had been withdrawn was issued on 14th January, 2011 for a period of five years i.e. till 13th January, 2016, on the ground that the said issue is pending consideration in some other matters, judgment wherein is reserved.
