O R D E R

% 12.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was working as a Delivery Boy with the complainant-company. He left the job of complainant on 16.10.2016. FIR has been registered on 25.10.2017 with the allegations that co-accused Kunal, in connivance with co-accused Deepak, had been selling the iPhone of the complainant-company through one P2X Trading Company.

Learned counsel further submits that only disclosure statement of co-accused Kunal is against the petitioner wherein he stated that he had given one iPhone and `5/`6 lacs in cash to the petitioner for helping him in selling all the iPhones. iPhone has already been handed over by the petitioner to the Investigating Officer. Petitioner has also participated in the investigation. It is, therefore, prayed that benefit of anticipatory bail

may be extended to the petitioner.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
