This is an application whereby correction of a typographical error in the order dated 29.11.2018 is sought.

According to counsel for the applicant, in para 5 of the order dated 29.11.2018, instead of the date 05.06.2018, the date 05.10.2018 ought to have been mentioned.

I have examined the record.

Applicant/petitioner is correct.

Accordingly, the relevant part of para 5 will be read as follows:- "5 Having regard to the aforesaid, I am inclined to extend time for concluding arbitration proceedings by a period of six months commencing from 05.10.2018. "

The other parts of the order dated 29.11.2018 shall remain unaltered. 7.

The application is disposed of.
