% 17.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 372/2018 under Sections 498A/506/34 was registered at PS Kirti Nagar. In W.P. Crl. 3060/2018 affidavit of the DCP Legal Cell, HQ, has been filed indicating that this FIR along with other FIRs wherein respondent No. 2 is an accused or the complainant has been transferred to the Crime Branch. Since investigation has been transferred, in case on investigation a charge sheet is filed and cognizance taken thereon, the petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh petition.

Petition is disposed of.
