% 23.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, a Legal Notice (Annexure P-9 colly.) was sent to respondents on 14th November, 2017. According to learned counsel for petitioner, there is no response to the said Legal Notice (Annexure P-9 colly.) from respondents No.6 & 7. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure P-9 colly.) while treating it as a Representation, within a period of sixteen weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
