% 28.01.2019 The petitioner has filed an affidavit on 16.01.2019 which reads as under:- ".....2. That I have relinquished all my legal rights, titles, ownership of Property Jhuggi No. 54, C-2 Sultanpuri, New Delhi-110086 to Respondent No.2 namely Meenu.

That I have relinquished all my rights, titles, ownership of Property Jhuggi No. 54, C-2, Sultanpuri, New Delhi-110086 to Respondent No.2 namely Meenu without any coercion, force or undue influence.

That I will not claim anything in the property Jhuggi No. 54, C2, Sultanpuri New Delhi-110086 in future. 5.

That if there is any deficinency in the property papers criminal proceeding can be initiated against me."

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further.
