Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after the father as he is ill for the last 15-20 days and there is no other person to look after him and also challenges the communication dated 14th August, 2018 informing the dismissal of application for grant of parole W.P.(CRL) 3302/2018

dated 26th July, 2018. The application on which the communication dated 14th August, 2018 was passed is dated 26th July, 2018. As per the nominal roll after the said date the petitioner has already granted furlough for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 23rd August, 2018 to 13th September, 2018.

Considering that the petitioner has already availed furlough for the purpose, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner at this stage.

Petition is dismissed.
