% 20.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to maintain social ties and get the dental treatment done. As per the nominal roll placed on record the petitioner was granted parole by this Court in April, 2012 which the petitioner jumped and was rearrested only on 23rd June, 2012. After the arrest the petitioner was again granted parole on 15th July, 2016 and was to surrender on 13th August, 2016 when the petitioner did not surrender and was again re-arrested on 14th October, 2016.

Considering the past conduct of the petitioner, petition is dismissed. Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
