% 19.07.2016 In this petition, the only issue is with regard to the making of the supplementary award.

The award itself was made as far back as on 20.10.2004 in which it was mentioned that the supplementary award would be made. Over 12 years have gone by and the supplementary award has not yet been made. We are disposing of this petition with the direction that the supplementary award be made in accordance with law within six weeks from today, if not already made. The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
