No.35592/2018 (for correction of order dated 22.10.2018) This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking correction in the name of the Trust in which the costs were required to be deposited by them, as mentioned in Para 5 of the order dated 22.10.2018.

Issue notice. Ms.Arya, learned APP accepts notice. Keeping in view the fact that there is a typographical error in the name of the trust in which the costs are to be deposited, the application is allowed and the name of the Trust is now to be read as 'Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust' instead of 'Delhi High Court Lawyers Welfare Trust'. The costs be deposited within two weeks. A copy of the receipt of deposit of costs will be handed over the Investigating Officer for production before the Trial Court.
