The grievance of the petitioner is that the Registrar of Companies is still showing the petitioner company as under liquidation; whereas, in fact, the petition (Company Petition No.863/2016) pursuant to which the winding up order was passed has been withdrawn.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Company Court for an appropriate clarification.
