% 15.03.2018 By this petition the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 481/2017 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS Mehrauli and the proceedings pursuant thereto.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and application with liberty to file an application seeking anticipatory bail and seek quashing of FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto in case any charge-sheet is filed against the petitioners. Leave and liberty granted.
